How position and rights vary from person to person and why so
According to the Finnish rule "Live and let others live" each ndividual and group should be allowed freely decide about their own life as far as they do not disturb the lives of others. This is a good basiuc way to arrange things, prodices arrangements that people usually agree to if told the grounds. It at the same time means that things that concern larger grous of people, for example the society and it's parts, are typically not forced upon the individual or grpoups, but are just arrangements like food and artifacts available in shops, or hobby courses or songs for one to listen if one wnats to. So in pranctise of rights to decide there is mostly just the riught to decice about one's own life and protect that right fairly, also at the level of the society but with civilized ways, not breaking against the rule "Live and let others live" even then. In addition there are tasks like jobs, that are for arranging some thing in the society and that often are paid for but not always. So instead of position there is skill and responsibility that are needed for arranging something. If someone takes that task without taking care of it, living conditions in the society get poorer. But if people respect the things needed for running the society well, living conditions are well.
